Melting – Holding Furnaces

We are designing and manufacturing Tiltable, Reverbery or Rotary melting and holding furnaces. The furnaces has cold or regenerative burners and loading capacity between 15 and 120 tonnes as per customer requirement. In case of necessity we are also manufacturing double chamber melting furnaces to reduce dross level of foil or painted scraps.

We have also different design charging cars according to the raw materials like ingot, T-ingot, production scrap.

We are using envirement friendly, high efficiency regenerative burners which has low Nox, maximum performans. The regenerative burner capacity is between 0.5 and 5mW and melting rate of the furnaces up to 8tons/hour per each set.

We are increasing melting rate, homogeneous alloy quality by manufacturing our design EMS (Electromagnetic stirer). We are manufacturing Degasser and molten metal DBF filter for degassing and cleaning molten metal before mould.

According to the proces we are desisgning and manufacturing rod feeder to supply titanium in to the malten metal on the launder.
