Simge Muhendislik providing second hand Tension levelling line which have different size and capacity used for non-ferros materials. Line datas are calculating by ourside according to the customer requirement. We are rewamping, installing and commisioning as electrical, electronics and mechanical dressed by newest technology.
We are designing and manufacturing following accesories for the line
- Degreasing Line
- Between 0,5 and 3mm Edge trimmer scrap winders
- Scrap chopper and its conveyors
- Shear up to 3mm
- Coil cars
Incase of necessity we are increasing capcity of the line by calculating nominal datas for the necessary capcity.
We are commisioning the lines as per our know-how which is logged many years experiment as precision Edge guide, tension, diameter and torque control.
