It is specifically designed to significantly reduce iron and stray losses. The overall machine efficiency reaches the IE4 standard. Compared to asynchronous motors, it offers 10% higher efficiency and a 10-15% improvement in power factor.
Compact and Lightweight
The Yunsheng Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor uses a high-efficiency permanent neodymium-iron-boron magnet. In addition to its high power density, it is compact and lightweight, being 1-2 times smaller compared to asynchronous motors.
High Reliability and Low Noise
The Yunsheng Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is produced according to the Grade F Insulation System. It features the DUGRGNIT-2000 Insulation System, which means strong electrical performance, mechanical power, and heat resistance suitable for various harsh working conditions. The motor uses a high-performance and low-noise shaft, along with a fan, to reduce noise by 5 dB(A) compared to a three-phase asynchronous motor.
There is no need for speed control equipment such as an encoder.
