Simge Muhendislik providing second hand Cold Rolling Mill which have different size and capacity used for aluminum and copper. Line datas are calculating by ourside according to the customer requirement. We are rewamping, installing and commisioning as electrical, electronics and mechanical dressed by newest technology.

We are designing and manufacturing following accesories for the mills

• Between 1,5 and 6 mm Belt type wrappers for winders and uncoilers.
• Edge trimmer, scrap chopper and scrap conveyors up to 10 mm
• Shear up to 200mm
• Coil cars

Incase of necessity we are increasing capcity of the line by calculating nominal datas for the necessary capcity.

We are commisioning the lines as per our know-how which is logged many years experiment as precision AGC, AFC, tension, diameter and torque control.
